My name is Limpho Liphiwe Nonkonyane, also known by many as Dee. I am a beauty and fashion writer and the curious soul behind this little corner of the internet.

This blog is more than just a space to talk about skincare routines or the latest makeup launches- it's a space for me to express myself and take you along on my makeup journey.

Spit into four categories: Skincare Diaries, Makeup Muse, Glow up Guide and Behind the Column seeks to educate aspiring beauty enthusiasts on way to go about doing certain things within the beauty space.

​Happy Wednesday to all my girlies and guylies🥺 So today is my birthday (02’  Aries baby). So much is going through my hand right now like am I really getting older.( Don’t get me wrong I think growth is important I am just looking back at my life I can say I have come far). Returning to The Beauty Column: Finding my voice again as an freelancer

​Firstly, welcome back to my column family. To the newbies, my name is Limpho Nonkonyane, a journalist and content producer not only for this column but also for a luxury publication called, Luxe Living Africa. It’s not a drill I’m back for good and you probably wondering why I stopped publishing on this platform. So here it is…. I started my blog in June 2025, but due to the Luxe Living website launching, unfortunately my time was divided between the two platforms. Given that I’m not currently a freelancer to with not much financial freedom right now. I found myself running a tight ship.
